Hello @samirsamuel
The language of game depends on the place where you bought the game. For example: If you bought Battlefield 3 in Germany, you will get German language. You can't change language of Battlefield 3.

To elaborate what Preston stated, each region has a language pack, so Western European games may have English, French, German etc but they will not have Russian. If you want the Russian version of the game you will have to purchase the Eastern European region version of the game as there are no downloadable language packs available for download or sale via Origin to change the regional language to one not currently offered in your game.
