how do i fix my acct to let me put my clan tag or platoon on?

If you know how to put a clan tag/join a platoon, then you can ignore the first part of this post.

To put a clan tag onto your soldier, you will need to go to battlelog.battlefield.com. Sign in with your account there and go to the top right area of the screen where your avatar is displayed. Here, you can select "Edit Soldier". This will display all of your soldiers with changeable options, one of those options including the clan tag. Simply click on the text box and enter your four letter/number clan tag. To join a platoon, you must either be invited to join one, request to be in a platoon or simply join an open platoon. If you have been invited, click on the notification showing the invite as this will lead you to the platoon page. Click "Accept" to accept the invite and become a member. To request to be in a platoon, you can search for a platoon in the Platoon section, click on the platoon you want to join and click "Request to join".

If you know this and you can't do the above because of a possible bug, it would be good if you can describe the problem more accurately so I can help you resolve your issue much quicker. Is there an error message or such?
