How do I get the Gunmaster SS Dogtag?
Apparently you don't get any points toward the Gun-master Service star ?

As far as I understand you're talking about this:
To have a star for this mode. You need to play this mode longer.
If you want to get Gun Master Medal DogTag, you need to have Gun Master Medal
But there is a bug where u don't get any points towards the Gunmaster game mode.
I'm not talking about the Medal.
Do you even play the game?
