How I Can Get Serial Key?
HOW I CAN GET SERIAL KEY? cant even contact support in EA go ANSWER HQ with nothing only question form?

I have BFBC2 Vietnam Steam edition and I have added the dlc to my ea account using the steam keys. However because the game does not have a base game serial key I cannot activate multiplayer. Can Someone add this game to my ea account I have tried using https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ however there is no way to do a live chat or send a email.
Also I know where the serial keys are located on steam and I have used all of them they are activated on my ea account and my ea account is accepted on bfbc2 however because the base game is not activated because of lack of serial key that steam provided the game thinks I don't have access to multiplayer. Please add the game to my account you can check and see I do indeed have dlc activated just not the base game thanks.
- Hi @jacob123443211 You'd probably need to talk to EA Help if the key isn't appearing in Steam (live chat may not be available but you can open a case still). Nobody here can access your account to make any changes.
