Battlefield Bad Company 2 does not include the cd key needed to play online, when purchased on the Steam platform. Please add Battlefield Bad Company 2 to my EA account which is already linked to my Steam account

I the key isn't appearing in your Steam library, you can try contacting EA Help to see if they can assist.

- @ElliotLH I already tried contacting them via Twitter but I haven't received a response, their Facebook is dead and the EA Help page has no option for live chat or email contact.
I don't know what else to do.- @VenomTheKlyntar I am having the same issue. There doesn't seem to be a way to talk to someone about this problem

@VenomTheKlyntar I was just able to email EA help but when going through selecting a topic I had to select something different.
Battlefield Bad Company 2>Steam>Missing Content>Never Received Content and then it gave me the option to actually open a case.
