@SadZuko68Your welcome. How did you get in contact with customer representatives? I found no way to speak with a human so far
Edit: I just figured it out
After the case opens don't trust it. At least in my language it was vague and unclear how to proceed. After writing an additional entry to my case I received the option to start a live chat. The EA representative was able to add the base game to the EA app (not steam!). I had to add the DLC's myself. GO into steam and take the two serial keys from there. Then add them in your EA app library.
I hope that helps everyone else. Please be nice to the representatives. EA might try to limit their customer duties, but their employees are not the bad execs but people like us.
