I bought Battlefield : Bad Company 2 on Humblebundle

Hello
I bought Battlefield 2 : Bad company 2, on humblebundle, a very long time ago, and i've recently noticed that the game is not connected to my EA-account despite me typing in my Email on the game. Therefore now I cant play the game anymore unless I buy a new copy.

Is there a way to solve this problem without me buying a new copy?

Thanks in advance.

Ozzy.

Yes, are Game Advisors can indeed check that for you. You can contact them via EA Help:

Start with selecting your country of residence to setup your contact. If your country isn't listed you should select either United States or United Kingdom.

Now follow the numbered steps as shown in the picture. If you are unable to login you will also be able to create an anonymous case at this point.

    • The final page doesn't load? press F5 on your keyboard to reload the page or try another browser.
    • You get no contact options? you are most likely trying to contact the selected channel outside of operating hours.
    • Your country has no phone number? use a voIP program such as Skype to contact our UK channel via +44 203 0141818.

Being unable to access your games is most likely caused by logging in on the wrong account. In rare cases it could also mean that your account got hacked, leading you to create a new account with the email address as used previously.

For any further assistance in this matter, please contact a Game Advisor:

    https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

When contacting us, please do so from a computer and remember to select your country of residence from the upper left corner.

Should you encounter further issues when setting up your request, please change your country, game or topic. It also helps to refresh the page by pressing F5 or trying another browser.

If you are unable to login on your account, please click "Having trouble accessing your account?" at the bottom right of the screen, during the login step.

Same issue here. When I launch the game through Steam it can't connect to my Origin or EA accounts. It keep saying incorrect password, which is absolutely not the case.

I did reset my password but that didn't work. I think I may have identified a possible cause. I am running the game through Steam, is it possible that Steam can't connect with our EA/Origin accounts?

    Thanks

    @jackcalicoo

I actually have the game on Steam as well (oldschool.. 🤓), that will not pose a problem.

By checking your account I do see some failed login attempts. I'm afraid that this means you're still using the incorrect password. Please change it, again, and you should be able to log in.
