I bought battlefield 3 Premium edition for the ps3 but the code doesn't work

Hello,

A couple of days ago I bought Battlefield premium edition for the ps3. But when I tried to use the code to download it, I got a screen that said that the code was already used. And I can t return the game because it is a sealed game. So what do I have to do?

    For code redemption problems you will need to contact a Game Advisor at EA Customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    I recommend that you use the telephone option and the callback option so you don't have to stay on hold for a long time.
