If you unlink your Steam account, then Battlefield 1 will still be on it. That won't leave, that's linked with your Steam account. So if you relink your Steam account, then you'll still be able to play Battlefield 1. Any game progress you've made in your EA games on Steam (Which I'm guessing is just BF1) will be gone, but the game itself will remain.

Oh ok, so since BF1 is bought through steam it's linked to it, and i can use any EA account i want but if i link steam with another EA acc i lose all the progress. I think i understand how it works now.
In that case no harm done if i lose progress, haven't made much of it so far.
