i can't log in, password reset email doesn't work... Thanks origin

So I got on my computer a few days ago and Origin updated so I was like "oh okay cool I guess" and then it brought me to the log on screen so I loved in as usual and it didn't work... I tried it like a lot over the span of a few days... So I decided to reset my password and I agent along with it, but when I didn't get the email I was so confused, I agent back and there's no reset email button, so I kept redoing this but the email never sent, it's been over 24hours and origin is refusing to fix itself, I made this account but now I have to rebuy sim4... I don't wanna play all that money again! Like are you kidding me? Do children work at origin or something? Have then just not updated to modern company's standards?! Why do I even need to log in just to play sims?! It makes it so much more complicated than it needs to be. Please help and don't tell me to contact them like I really hate talking to people, it's just a bit of a fear I have. please just tell me how I can either fix the log in or just get the email.
