I lost all my progress on battlefield 1

I have recently just reinstalled battlefield 1 and realized I have lost all my multiplayer progress someone please help me

@SpareToto Have you lost your stats and level progression or just unlocks?

I lost my level progress as well as my stats it says I’ve only played the game for less then an hour and I’ve had the game since release

    @SpareToto It might be worth getting in touch with EA Help in that case, so they can take a look. You should be able to open an email case or have a live chat at help.ea.com.
