I want to change the email that my Gamertag is linked to?

How do I change the email that my gamertag is linked to when I don't know the password to the email.

I made it years ago and forget the password to the email. I could try confirm my date of birth but I used to always set more date of birth to something stupid when I wasn't 18 but I can try. also when I go on my game it tells me the email it is linked with so I know what email address it is. I just want to set it up with my new email so I can use the Battlelog because it looks good and I am looking on buying Battlefield 4 when it comes out and I want my stats online. 

I hope someone can help me with this. Would be much easier if EA had better customer service or even a number I could phone but sadly that's not the case, I have spent hours trying to fix this and can't seem to get anywhere.
