is the battlefield 4 region locked? can't read the dlc/premium on ps3

Hi, I bought my bf4 on psn the day 1 digital. As you all know the store section is greyed out.and I can't launch CR dlc and ask me to buy it on psn. But it says there's no content available. I went to...

Anyone have a solution for this?
I have the same problem bought game on eBay seems I have an Asian version of the disc and purchased premium on psn in Australia...
Can't get any premium content or dlc to appear in game.
Also can't find a solution anywhere!?

    I bought this game in Hong Kong and it does not provide code for upgrading to next gen, then i repurchased the game on PS4 again but premium membership is not transferred and the case had been esculated to specialist team 2 weeks ago but i havent heard anything yet.  Is EA working on a solution or just dragging us out?
