is the battlefield 4 region locked? can't read the dlc/premium on ps3

Hi, I bought my bf4 on psn the day 1 digital. As you all know the store section is greyed out.and I can't launch CR dlc and ask me to buy it on psn. But it says there's no content available. I went to...

I bought premium from ps us store today, will this work on my norwegian account?

Yes and no.  On PS3 the game and the DLC must be from the same region but they can be played on a PS3 and PSN account from any region.  So if you purchased a North American (NTSC) Premium DLC then you must use a North American copy of BF4.  I verified this with a German copy of the game, A north American copy of the game, and a north american Premium DLC package.
