Just purchased a game and it went on sale

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is possible but I just recently purchased 2 copies of Battle Field 4 at full 59.99 price. When I came on today I noticed they are running a discount for 50% off the price. Out of curiosity could I submit a ticket or call into their support line to get this discount applied to my recent purchases on 11/22/13?

Thanks.

No way, they will not apply the discount on already paid products!

You can try and get an refund on the game you paid full price for ,and get the one on discount,50% is a lot.

Where did you buy the game in the first place?

Wasn't just 1 copy of the game I bought but 2. Hence the reason why I would like to apply that credit. I know steam has done this type of thing in the past. Their policy states full refunds can be made within the first 24 hous of the game being launch or 7 days after purchase. To me it sounds like my "refund" period has pased. In this type of situation its not that i don't want the game but 50% is like 60 dollars back in my pocket to spend on AC4. 🙂. Lol, let me know your thoughts.

That's great to know you bought the game from Origin, Here they have the Great Game Guarantee that allow you refund within 7 days from your date of purchase or within seven days from the game's release date if you pre-purchased/pre-ordered, whichever comes first

Yes... 7 days but the refund timer is 24 hours when you launch the program within those 7 days. From your post I would fall under the refund but the little catch is if you haven't launched the game. Who buys a game and doesn't launch it for 7 days? GG - EA.
