kick by punkbuster

after joining the game then crash to the desktop. Then i found the message kick by punkbuster for 0 minutes

Go here http://websec.evenbalance.com/downloader/download.php?file=1. Download the Punkbuster thing and make sure punk puster is completely up to date for BF3.
