losing control over character every 10 seconds, tried everything :(

Hi guys, What is happening to me is I kind of lose control over my character while playing. Syptoms: Roughly every 10 seconds, my mouse and keyboard will have no impact to my charater for about 1 ...

    Origin -> App Settings -> Origin in Game -> Uncheck it

Unchecked "Origin in game" and everything is back to normal. Thanks a lot WootCandy.
