Lost Operations Battlepack, EA support keeps closing ticket

Hi,

Please, please, please, I need a real human to help me.

I reported weirdnesses with battlepacks, now I'm actualy losing them, which makes me not want to play this game any more.

I filed a support ticket, and everytime I go to the ticket it says "please resume this auto closed ticket".

SO here's the ask:

1) Refund me ONE operations battlepack

2) Figure out what this new bug is that stops battle packs from being opened.

I can't spend 4 hours a day playing for Battlepacks (I want scraps for my Tommy Gun skins, that expire next Monday) and not get packs.

Alternately just give me the 2 remaining Annihalator Skins, either is acceptable.

    I'm just confirming that the Operation Battlepack has completely disappeared now.

    I reinstalled the desktop game in case it was a GeForce Now issue, but it's gone.

    In the prior thread where I mentioned the buggyness, someone else has experienced the problem too.

    This thread is specifically about getting Support to refund the Operations Battlepack (or a suitable number of scraps - eg between 330 and 810 (2x30+270 up to 270x3).

    My current scrap balance is 1015. 

    It is also extremely time sensitive, as I'm trying to earn sufficient scraps to buy all 3 Annihalator skins (I already bought one). In theory I should have more than enough Ops battlepacks to achieve this, but if this bug persists tonight, I will lose another 1000 or so scraps potentially, and so on till end of Sunday.

    Gentle Ping Dearest EA Customer Support...

    Been three days and now not a single acknowledgement, which makes me think you keep closing these tickets.

    Stop misleading people. The fact you can't post a link to the Live Chat is telling. There is no such thing as far as I can tell.

    I'm so annoyed right now - they wasted a huge amount of my time with Operations Campaign stupidity.

    I just got kicked to make room for an admin on a private server, losing all my XP. 

    This just feels bad I dont know why I keep playing such a badly implemented game.

    @RomillyMacAran Live chat will appear as a contact option when creating a case on the EA Help site if it's available in your location. You could also contact them through Facebook or Twitter.

    I've tried Facebook, and nothing. Not gonna bother with Twitter, that's just a public cesspool.

    There's no Live Chat option for BF1 in North America.
