Low ping, high latency/ rubberbanding in battlefield 4

If this is happening, it may help to jump to a different server. I have seen some rubberbanding myself, with similar stats and network conditions but it went away when I swapped server.

Ah, thanks for clarifying. When you see this, does it affect other players on the server? (as a rule, they'll be vocal about it)

Does anyone else use the connection at the same time? Can you ask them to cease any downloading/uploading torrenting while you play, to see if this has any effect? Can you try running the game with a Clean Boot, in case there's a 3rd party program interfering.

House is empty, I'm the only one using any bandwidth and I'm still having issues.
I haven't tried from a clean boot, but I exit all third-party programs and processes (usually skydrive, raptr, dropbox, etc.) through task manager before I begin playing. It helps a little, as I used to just lag in place for the entire match, whereas I can now walk three to four steps before I start rubberbanding, but that's still unbearable to play, especially since I usually have to complete every action (changing weapons, throwing grenades, reviving others) three to four times before it actually regesters entirely. For example, I'll swap weapons, and the weapon will swap half way then revert to my original weapon two to three times before the action actually regesters.

I haven't heard any complaints in terms of other players being affected. No one has ever had any issues killing me (ha), so I'm not sure if my uploading speeds are an issue here, but I could very much be wrong. Thanks again for your time!

The homepage says they're rolling out new servers. Since that notice has popped up, my lag has been at a fairly steady rate, and the game is once again playable. Glad to see it's nothing on my end, 'cause I don't know what I would have done otherwise! Regardless, really appreciate your time and effort, nice to see things finally being resolved. Cheers!

Probably nothing to do with you but the fact that Dice/EA love to cater for the high ping players & in turn those with low ping have a bad time of it.

My friend I have the same problem.

I bought Battlefield 4 and I was very happy with this game. I was, not only for the bugs that I know that your team is working to solve it but play multiplayer mode is very difficult recentely. When I check, using PC interface for battlelog, it is possible to verify that the PING is too high.

I have between 100 and 200 ping. Its impossible to play with 64 players.

So I would like to know about when we'll have servers to rent for play Battlefield 4 in PS4 plataform in specially in South America, for exemple BRAZIL.

I do not know what can I do.

I'm getting the same thing. The rubberbanding. I'm on ps4 and only play east coast severs because I live on the east coast. It seems its only on conquest large.  Got it once in a while before but the last 2 weeks its gotten worse. Got 75mb download and 30mb upload verizon fios. Don't have any problem with any other games.
