Solved

Matchmaking is horribly flawed.

I've been playing Battlefield 4 since December on and off and I've been getting increasingly frustrated at the state of the game right now. The last few times I've played the game, I've been on the winning team perhaps 1 out of every 7-10 matches while ranking in the top 10 (usually) for my team. Looking at the levels of the players on the teams, more often than not I am put on a team with lower leveled players while the other team is almost always extremely high leveled players, which ends up in very one-sided games that ends up with the uncappable zones being spawn-camped.

I used to love playing this game, and I've sunk 87 hours into it so far, but I am at the point where I am seriously considering uninstalling the game because the matchmaking is so broken and the community is very unhelpful. I want to enjoy the game, and I honestly don't mind losing, but the way the maps are being exploited and the teams are being unfairly stacked is infuriating and it kills any enthusiasm I have for it.  I am seriously at the cusp of uninstalling the game, and I really don't want to do that, but I'm tired of playing something that is turning into an old boy's club. I work full time and have obligations outside of video games, I don't want to feel like I have to sink hundreds of hours into it just to stay somewhat competitive.

I have no idea if EA even reads these things or if they have something in place, but please do something about team balancing because as it is right now, it's not looking great for my return to this game or the purchase of future titles.

Just do what i do before joining, check the scoreboard to make sure the teams are not stacked with crazy ticket differences, No tryhards with 100-0 kills, Join only official servers and switch teams if one team isn't playing the objective. I have been doing that since the start and my win/loss ratio is really high.

That's probably not a bad idea, I've been getting burned a lot by just checking match making after the main servers I went to went down. Thanks for the kind and prompt reply, here's hoping for the best!
