Missing dxgi.dll fix, had enough of this crap

Really EA? So after a long time, I decide to buy a game. pay 60 bucks for bf4, and when I go to launch it, and error code that says missing dxgi.dl pops up. Had this game for more than two weeks now, and havent been able to play at all. I even contacted customer support many times, but they can help me either. What I have done: 

Upgraded directx 

reinstalled the game 

reinstalled orgin 

Tried a new antivirus (Custommer support guys advice) 

I found the dxgi.dll file in system 32, so it is not missing.  here are my computors specs i found recently

I expect something done, or my money back. And you better answer this ea, and not dodge it like you dodged all the other dxgi questions.

    Hi,

    have you tried reinstalling Visual C++?

    * Open your BF4 folder (normally C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4)
    * In the BF4 folder navigate into _Installer\VC\vc2012Update3\redist

    Run vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe

    My direct x is fine, when I install it states that it is already an updated version

    it states that a newer or equvilent version of direct x is already installed

    What's it say when you run DXDiag.exe? Just to make sure you're all up to date.

    How about running game as Admin? Sorry, i bet you have, it's like scraping the bottom of the barrel.

    LOL..ive been all round google trying to fix this problem and iam still getting same message..had 80hrs playing it till i reinstalled windows thinking game might run better..wish id left it alone now..Waste of 40 bucks.All we can do is cry..

    honestly, this game is ridiculas. You would expect a 60 dollar product to be complete, but honestly, us players have been screwed with this. Any one know what the installation directory is? Copying and pasting the dxgi.dll file in it might help
