Missing "Visuals" option for weapon skins under Customize Soldier (PS4)

I am unable to change weapon skins under the Visuals option on the Customize Soldier menu on the PS4. The Visuals option is no longer there when you press the Triangle button when choosing a weapon. ...

Is the issue still happening? When a new update/patch drops we can see rank related issues due to the accounts re-syncing to the servers, but it should only be temporary and after playing some games it should automatically correct itself.

@EA_Blueberryyes its still happening. i played more than 20 games since the issue started. no change. and is there any new update?
