Mouse suddenly jumps around

Hi there.

I've recently updated to a 980ti and launched up BF1 to test it. For some reason on both Raw mouse input and on normal mouse settings the mouse occasionally jumps around. The best way to describe it is as if the sensitivity suddenly jumps up for a split second. Here's a video of what I mean: https://youtu.be/qwT7QMbrj5w
Origin in game is disabled too, along with GPU overclocking. I've also deleted the config folders to reset all settings and repaired the game with no luck.

The issue doesn't seem to be present in other games either.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

  • Seems to be fixed with the new Logitech G HUB software for the mouse. instead of using Logitech gaming software.

Have you tried a clean reinstallation of the latest NVIDIA drivers? Which OS are you running and did the behavior start after the 980TI installation or an update to the game or OS?

Yeah, I used DDU to uninstall the old drivers and downloaded geforce experience to install the latest ones.

What mouse are you using? Are you also using a software related to it?

Try to decrease the mouse pool refresh rate if the software allows you to.
