I just bought playstation plus so i could play multiplayer on bf4 but when i try to play it says i need also need a Ea account but doesnt give me an optin to do so. So where can i create one and link...

In order for you to play Miltiplayer, you must have PS+ account. Most games come with 7 days trial period to the PSN. To do that, go to setting, PSN, create account, then type in the code to redeem the 7 days trial period.
If you already have the PS+ account, make sure to register for origin at www.origin.com, register.
