Multiplayer Not Working BF3

Hi,

I have disabled the Media Server Connection and still no luck - I get stuck for literally hours on the loading screen and I am unable to join a game, the loading bar and music remain.

My problem is something like that when i play BF3 i press multiplayer but the screen just goes gray but the options of co-op and campaign are still viewable and the other options it just keeps showing the gray screen and never does anything am sure the game isn't frozen because the wind thing for the BF3 menu background is working and not frozen and also am on xbox360 and it 

keeps happening i tried downloading it again and it happened again

Hi i had this problem for xbox360 yesterday but i figured it out if you go to accounts then system i think i will show the GB or K? on a little picture of some chip then go to battlefield 3 and if you have downloaded the multiplayer update 6 cause that's what causes the gray screen to show up then bam launch battlefield 3 the after you linked your PS account or Xbox live on your  ea account you will be able to play multiplayer without a problem i might be a life saver because i was the first person to figure it out your welcome if you don't know how to link your account to ea go to this website i saw a community manager or something show people this  https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/link-your-console-accounts/ scroll down and find your problem Your Welcome :D

and i forgot you will want to go to the picture of the chip and go to apps and games and look for battlefield

and i forgot to say again that when you find the update 6 multiplayer delete it then launch battlefield
