My redeem code its soo long for my sistem and it dont works , please help me , my ps3 only have 3 spaces and the code have 4 spaces of long (PS3: 0000-0000-0000 and the code its four spaces more like: 0000-0000-0000-0000) ok?.( i dont talk english in all)

Are you sure you have the correct product code? Are you redeeming the code in-game or via PSN Store?
Check these things first and report back here again.
Also. Which language is your primary? You can post in your language instead, if that makes it easier for you. 🙂
