My BF1 account has been banned

I have been banned since December last year, and EA said that my game has been enhanced. Brother, I am really speechless. I haven't done anything, and even my record is outrageous. How could I cheat? I have appealed 2 to 3 times in a row and nothing happened, so I have decided to post it on the forum, hoping that EA staff can lift the ban after seeing it

    Hey dsfh73​,

    Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums, and you'll need to reach out to our terms of service team to raise an appeal. But you mention that you've already done that with nothing happening; have they just declined your appeals? When did you raise a ticket with them? It can take a few days for them to get back to you, so if they were super recent I'd recommend waiting and you should get an email back from them.

    Bro, I already filed an appeal last December, and they responded in January, but there's no doubt they rejected it. I had no choice but to continue the appeal. In April, I submitted another one, but this time, three months later, nothing was resolved—no message was even sent to me. And it's still the case today

    have your banned been concealled now？my bf1 account is also banned and i  have subbmitted my appeal,but it is decline.I NEVER use cheating software.now i don't know how to recover my account 😭😭😭😭😭
