@Aiden_U-S-S-R I'd advise checking "My Cases" to see what that status of your appeals are. It can also take 10 working days for a response, so if you're still within that time frame then you will need to be patient. If all else fails, you can try getting a live chat an asking for an update (N.B. EA Help cannot handle ban appeals themselves, but can check case statuses for you).

here is a screenshot show that after i send the message, the window of live chat didnt appear
- ElliotLH2 years agoHero+@Aiden_U-S-S-R Try using the help site with a different browser or while not signed into your account. If live chat still doesn't appear then it just wont be available for you, and you'll either need to wait for a response to a previous case or open a new one if it has been more than 10 working days since opening the last one.
