My BF1 game key couldn't be redeemed

Hi.

I have bought a BF1 game code from amazon (the digital version of the code), and recently, I tried to redeem it but it didn't work.

I have been trying to contact EA for the past 3 days from the Live Chat feature but it never works.

    ME TOO!! EA OR ORIGIN PLEASE HELP US!!!  IT SAYS THAT MY CODE ALREADY BEEN REEDEMED. IN THE NAME OF GOD, I SWEAR I NEVER EVER USE THE CODE IN OTHER ACCOUNT !!! PLEASE HELP EA!! I BOUGHT THE GAME WITH MONEY FFS.

    Support is utter trash.

    I purchased my game with my bday money and I cant play it.

    I cant even contact the support through live chat.

    Your problem is strictly between you and the Amazon seller.  Sorry.

    Electronic Arts was the name of the seller (EA).

    I have contacted amazon but they told me that due to a high number of requests for a refund or a new code they will not process the return and told me to contact EA.

    Whoever is lying about reselling used and / or illegal copies of games under a false identity should be reported to your local prosecuting attorney's offices.  EA only sells on a direct basis through Origin, in which case, the CD Key is handled automatically.

    I bought it from the Electronic Arts seller on Amazon.

    So it's EA's fault.

    I have proof and everything

    This can go both ways. First you need to check with Amozon first and see what they have to say. Since they are the ones selling the game on there site. If they can't come to a solution. Come back here and we will try to help you. Thanks!

    So please ask there first, where you got this Code from!
    You should get a Code what works from there!
