My BF1 Steam account replaced with EA lvl1 account after linking

I own both BF1 on steam and ea, but i played bf1 mainly on steam and bf4 on ea. The problem is now that EA asked me to link Steam,  which i did, now my lvl1 BF1 account boots up everytime i start it...
