It looks like there is an issue with your account. Since we can't view your account here on Answer HQ, I would recommend you to contact a Game Advisor who can take a look at your account and pinpoint the exact issue.
You can contact a Game Advisor by following the steps below.
1. Click here to go to the Contact page.
2. Select your Game.
3. Click "Next".
4. Select your Platform.
5. Click "Next".
6. Select a Topic and write a bit about your problem.
7. Click "Next".
8. Click the "Chat Now" button and you will be connected to the first available Game Advisor.

When I click on the Chat Now button it opens up a page and says "Sorry, that page doesn't exist!" and gives me helpful links to Answer HQ, Origin Store and Manage account

I recommend that you check the email address associated with your Origin account to see if an email notification of reset was sent out by EA or DICE. Punitive stat resets are given out for boosting, hacking, or violating the EA Terms of Service in game or in the forum but stat resets are always accompanied by an email notification. Be sure to check your spam or bulk mail folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
If you cannot find an email please email accountdisputes@ea.com for further clarification.
did not find any emails about my account being reset. its not only my progress but on my origins account it says i do not even own the game
