Can you elaborate? I've never witnessed anyone's weapon being taken away. If you are assault (medic) people will often take your kit so they can revive you when you are killed so they can save tickets. When this happens there is no way to give the kit back so you are stuck with their kit until you respawn.
wow---only if you are killed can and enemy or buddy can take your weapon....thats part of the game.
