No gold battlepack for deluxe edition

I did not Gold Battlepacks.

buy for 

Battlefield 4 Pre-Order Edition  

• Battlefield 4 Game
• Battlefield 4 China Rising Expansion Pack**
• 1 x Gold Battlepacks*

I am also having this issue. I go to claim my gold battlepack and it says the code has already been entered. I was told it would go through once the game released and it hasn't.

So I had a code that came with my game for 3 gold battle packs. Put it in to origin and it said it has now been activated and I can now use them. But.. They are not there...? 

Help? 

Having the same issue I have the digital delux and it runs fine but I don't even get an option to even claim my gold battle packs I have no idea whats going on.

Yup , I have the same issue.. I have the Deluxe edition I entered the 3xGold Battlepacks redeem key and itconfimed and after that when I go to Battlepack tab/screen in battlelog there nothing.. it shows there are empty and i dont have any battlepacks.. I tried redeeming the key again and it does not accept, safe to say I had entered it the first time has been accepted... Can you please look into this.. ☹️ ??

I also have the Digital Deluxe and am missing the 3 Gold Battlepacks I should have recieved with it

Purchased the deluxe edition.  Entered the code in the Origin launcher and was accepted.  No gold battlepacks showing in battlelog?
