No Longer able to launch any BF games

As the titles say suddenly I am unable to launch any BF games, they hard crash the PC on launching. on BF5 I get the black screen with symbol in top right (after 30 secs hard crash)

Bf1 Same problem, launches starts to load then hard crashes.

Only a Power cycle brings PC back, nothing has changed software wise they just suddenly dont work.
