NO ONE IN ROBBERY SERVERS XB1
I just downloaded the Robbery dlc but am now regretting it because there is no one the servers. The game will load up but no one is there?!! What is going on and can I get a refund?

The biggest problem here is that the game is dying. There are very small numbers of people playing, and even less are playing the DLC, as it is not that good. It is difficult to find servers, especially on DLC. Sorry, but not a lot of people like playing this game. The numbers just are not there. As for the Hardcore servers, this is even harder to find servers, as the Hardcore community is quite small, even on BF3 and BF4, and almost non-existent on Hardline. Just keep trying and you may be lucky and find a DLC server.

As for your refund request, we cannot do that here. Even if you were on PC we could not, and since you are on Xbox, there is even less we can do. You will have to contact Xbox Support here to see if they can do anything, but I don't think you can get refunded on DLC.
@TapouTony420 Im actually not even finding any players in the robbery 'official' servers which i find hard to believe. The game loads and theres absolutely no one else in the match. It seems more like a glitch thats happening than just no one playing..not even like 2 or 3 players?...
- How are you joining the severs? Are you using the server browser, or just hitting play now? (or quick match i forgot which)

Hardcore for the Players

If you had Hardcore as a filter on your browser, this was your main problem. Hardcore is an extremely small community, and is difficult to find servers on any Battlefield game. It is even more difficult on Hardline since the game is dying a slow death. I am a Hardcore player, and I have trouble finding games all the time.
