I just downloaded the Robbery dlc but am now regretting it because there is no one the servers. The game will load up but no one is there?!! What is going on and can I get a refund?

I paid for the premium and have had this issue on both DLC packs. When I try and gononlro these maps there's only ever me on there.If I only play on the default maps it works fine, wasted all that money to get the DLCs to not be able to play them

I'm having the same problem on both dlc also. I KNEW I should not have purchased Robbery!

Yeah this is ridiculous. I just tried again tonight and STILL no one. Theres barely anyone playing the hardcore gametype in regular maps. This is garbage EA. I want a refund for the Robbery expansion asap!!!

@leprofess @gazwhereuat The biggest problem here is that the game is dying. There are very small numbers of people playing, and even less are playing the DLC, as it is not that good. It is difficult to find servers, especially on DLC. Sorry, but not a lot of people like playing this game. The numbers just are not there. As for the Hardcore servers, this is even harder to find servers, as the Hardcore community is quite small, even on BF3 and BF4, and almost non-existent on Hardline. Just keep trying and you may be lucky and find a DLC server. You can check on the numbers of players in-game here @ bfhstats.com As for your refund request, we cannot do that here. Even if you were on PC we could not, and since you are on Xbox, there is even less we can do. You will have to contact Xbox Support here to see if they can do anything, but I don't think you can get refunded on DLC.

Ive had to go to server browser and turn of hardcore to find new map games.

If you had Hardcore as a filter on your browser, this was your main problem. Hardcore is an extremely small community, and is difficult to find servers on any Battlefield game. It is even more difficult on Hardline since the game is dying a slow death. I am a Hardcore player, and I have trouble finding games all the time.

Yea its really unfortunate cuz its such a better gametype. Nothing more frustrating than unloading on someone and nothin happens..

I feel you there. I love Hardcore, and hate that I have to play Noobcore all the time. Back on BF3, you got to know the community very well as you would constantly see the same people in all the Hardcore servers.

I'm having the same problem! It's driving me insane. Bought premium last week and I've only been in one match in the new dlc maps. It's total bs

It is not an issue with the servers themselves. It is an issue with population of the servers. This game is dying a slow death, and the few people that do play it seem to not enjoy the DLC. It is difficult to find DLC severs due to this fact. http://bfhstats.com/
