no points when attacking flags
when playing close quarters im getting no points when attacking flags it does not happen all the time but if im on a run of getting flags my points stop

There are point caps for certain things. If you repair vehicles too many times or spot with a MAV too many times in the same life it will stop giving you points. This is to deter power leveling, assumably. There may or may not be a flag capping point cap. I've never hit it if there is one.
hi ive also had it tonight when ive just spawened its only just started yesterday after update
They might have added a point cap to stop stat paddlers, since they do it in CQ maps. I saw a server that only ran flags where they had guys with over 327,000 points. Good on them if they did that.
