no scan UAV available in commander on android

I have no scan UAV available in commander mode on android.  Had it until today and it is available while playing on my ps4.  Also the emp UAV is not stopping cruise missiles. I uninstalled and reinst...

The problem is with all mobile devices. EA has replied in other threads, supposedly the fix to the commander app will happen early next week. My problem is they released this huge update that fixed some problems, but introduced new problems, on console/PC, and obviously the commander app
