NO SQUAD OPTION = Can't play with friends online

Since there is no pre game squad options, it is nearly impossible to play with friends online. One of us has to joine a game and then wait 20 minutes for a spot to open up before another friend can join. Then once we are all finally in a game together, we don't dare change game modes (ie. conquest, rush) because then we will have to start the whole process over.

The squad option needs to be implemented in this game. Multiplayer and team work is what makes the battlefield series so great. 

Please do something about this problem!

    havnt had this, i get put in a squad with my friends every time, maby you just try to join full servers with full squads..

    how full are the servers you join?

    I tried joining servers that have 5 open spots but by the time I join they fill up and then my friends can't join because the server is full

    This is exactly what is suppossed to happen. The game will autobalance you at the first opportunity to put you with your friends.  Sometimes this will be during the following rounds.  Also this sometimes doesn't happen if your friend is in a full squad with his other friends so you can't be physically in the same squad so the game leaves you where you are.

    Does it balance out even if you are both playing on different servers at the end of the round?

    I'd die for an option to squad up with my friends.  It seems like I either have the issue mentioned above, or my friends and I actually DO manage to get in a squad only to be auto-balanced to opposing teams.  That's assuming we even spawn on the same team to begin with.  I usually have about a 30/70 chance of being able to play with friends.  I always end up playing against them.  Not what I bought the game for, but EA has my money, so who gives a *?  Right?
