No way to download Naval strike

I'm a premium member and am unable to download Naval Strike. I initially got an error the first time I logged into Origin today telling me that I could not download Naval Strike because I had ran out...

    If you're not being prompted to download NS have you right clicked BF4's icon, selected "show game details" and then right clicked Naval Strike's icon and selected "download", or if download isn't there "repair"? If you see "purchase" instead of download or repair I recommend speaking with a game advisor.

Awesome, thanks for the tip!

I had been right clicking and hitting UPDATE assuming that would get me the latest DLC. Indeed, clicking GAME DETAILS followed by clicking on the NS expansion allows me to INSTALL the expansion.
