Not being able to move,shoot,etc. in Battlefield 3

i am not being able to walk or do anything for that matter in battlefield 3 multiplayer So,i can join a game,deploy,but none of my buttons work.I can't move,i can't shoot,i can't switch weapons,i ca...

I dont actually have any devicses that i dont use.Just headphones,mouse,microphone and keyboard

Do you have the issue only in multiplayer or in campaign too.
If only multiplayer could be a connection issue, try to restart router, try to repair the game too (right click on the game icon and select repair)

If not work can you show your dxdiag and misinfo?

    The issue does actually happen in single player too.At the startup screen,when it tells you to press enter to start the campaign(after the little animated intro).I spammed enter and yet,it still didn't function
    (sorry i didn't mention that before)
