Now how to get permanent battlefield1 pre-order items？

@Jacky10X-O EA Help wouldn't be able to add these weapons for you anymore I'm afraid. Have you triple checked that you have the Enlister DLC installed?

There is no way install the DLC on PC. Only shows the DLC is unlocked.

There are some people also having this problem. 

My only guess is this might cause by glitch.

And this glitch caused by one of the update.

    @Jacky10X-O You'd need to search for it in the store and install it. It's still available if you preordered BFV at the time and entered the code.

      @ElliotLH Could you provide a tutorial or video how to do it? I can't find anything about it on Origin. But the DLC shows unlocked. There is no download button and i can't find it in the store.

        @Jacky10X-O Turns out it's not on Origin, but appears on the Xbox still (possibly because I own it so can download it if necessary). I don't use Origin normally so someone else will need to help you with how to reinstall missing DLC.

        Ultimately if you can't access them through the code you had by installing the DLC, you won't be able to get them permanently any longer.
