Origin 33kb/seg download speed

hi
Y just buy Armored kill exp and y start the download
first  all good 500 + kb/seg download speed
Now at 45% download the speed go down to 33kb/seg and still there

Can any help me? pause and restart? cancel and start all again?

    Yes. First you need to add Battlefield 3/origin to your firewall and security program’s exception lists. Now use these Ports:

    PC

    TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-20100, 22990, 17502, 42127

    UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300

    PlayStation 3

    TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 10000-10100, 17502, 42127

    UDP: 3659, 14000-14016

    Xbox360

    TCP: 53, 88, 3074

    UDP: 53, 88, 3074

    Hi there!

    Stop the download and restart your internet router and it should work. If not, please call your internet provider (ISP) and see what's going on.

    Hi y restart my router and its the same the download star whit 60kb/s and go down to 33kb/s
    Y try to download from other server a fail and the download speed is normal 400+ kb/s
    Y call my internet provider there make a check and say no error found !
    Its  the origin server'?? need to open the ports from the router?

    Thas **bleep** now need to wait 14 hours ....to download 3,7 Gb

    Yes, try to open the port. Check the firewall as well. If the problem still exist, please report back here and i will provide you with further assistance.
