Origin not detecting 64-Bit OS for BF4 Download

Upon clicking the download option for BF4 Beta, I was given the following error. 

(Header) Operating System Unsupported

(Body) You need to upgrade your operating system to Windows Vista (6.0) or newer to play Battlefield 4 Beta (64-Bit Only)

This is straight of of my DxDiag report for OS.

Operating System: Windows 8 64-bit (6.2, Build 9200) (9200.win8_gdr.130531-1504).

I took the following steps to troubleshoot. 

1. Manually removed Origin Downloader from my system (Fully deleted out of Program Files folder and files belonging to Origin from my registry) 

2. Re-installed Origin

Result: Same issue.

Checked for any system updates for Win 8 64, none.

Checked for new version of Beta drivers for video card (GeForce GT 630), I have tried beta and current non-test build.

Same issue.

Any insight would be appreciated.
