There are some steps below that you can try:
- Make sure that you are using the latest version of Origin
- Removing and Re-adding the Origin to the exceptions list for your Firewall/Anti-Virus.
Flushing your DNS cache
- Open the Windows Start Menu
- Type ‘cmd’ in the ‘Search programs and files’ field and press enter
- Type ‘ipconfig /flushdns’ and press enter
