[PC] 3659 UDP error

hello, i have a problem for this game I keep getting 3659 udp error in battlelog, I opened 3659 udp port but it still giving me the error and I tried to verify/repair game files and reinstalling punk...

    I've installed the Windows 8.1 PRO and it works now so yeah try that! Hope it works for you!

I've contacted EA like 15 times, flushed DNS, cleared Origin cache, clean boot, veryfied files on Steam, opened ports on router, compatibility mode, repaired game on Origin, nothing helped.

Try port forwarding /allowing the connection in your router firewall if it has one
