[PC] Chat messages won't show after writing or have a ridiculous Delay

 Sorry if this thread is already in discussion but I didn't find anything and I'm having this problem since game launch and since then no fix.
 Sometimes on different servers when I send a message via game chat it won't show up to me or to the rest of the server, but other players can still send their messages without problem and I can read it, but my own messages will only be shown several minutes later and all together one by one as if I had copy/past and then sent. Sometimes it won't show up even after the end of the match and I don't know if other players have this same problem because sometimes the chat appears on the screen as if someone had typed something but it won't show any new messages.
 This problem can happen many times during the same round on a server and when my messages come up I can again type and send without further delays until it happens agaim.
