I thought I was in one of those tanks. But it's only 9 kills in I'm sure I can make that up in the proper tanks.
As for the servers, I only play on Official -[DICE]- servers or ranked servers. Do the official servers count towards assignment completion? I've completed all kinds of assignments, but nothing was counted towards the phantom assignments.

The update posted on twitter only affects PC, PS4 and Xbox1. I'm on PS3. I'll tracking actively "Tracking" the assignments to see if that helps.

Active tracking does NOT work. The Phantom assignments cannot be completed. I've completed various other assignments which have worked. But these phantom ones do not. Do NOT ask if I did the passwords, because I DID do them. Got the unlocked assignment window and everything.
Found the problem. Had to re-download the premium add-on itself for it to work.
