Phantom prospect assignment kill doesn't count

Hi. 😕mileyvery-happy:

I've been desperately trying to unlock phantom assignment. And I've recently found hangar 21 dogtag. (Imagine me jumping up and down when I got the dogtag. Spent 2 days looking for one) Anyways.. I unlocked all 3 phase, the ones with password required. 

The one thing that is in my way of finishing the phantom assignment is that it doesn't count any of my kills! Sniped 300m, it didn't count, getting 200 assault rifle kills, it didn't even bother counting.. Get x2 shotgun ribbon in a round, it doesn't count. Nothing counts! I've been trying to google a little bit about this problem I am having, but people only have problems with their tanks kills not being counted. It is really annoying. All answers are greatly appreciated! :womanwink:

    I am having this problem as well, except with all my assignments.

    ^ Yeah, sounds just like my problem. Nothing works. So sad.

    After spending two days, trying to come up with a solution to this problem, I think I found a remedy for some people. If your having this problem, try  redownloading Premium and see if that works. If it doesn't, another soultion might be to reinstall the game and all the DLCs. That was the customer supports solution to me, but it didn't work, although he said it has worked for a lot of other people. 

    Sorry if it doesnt work guys, but I felt the need to post this. I know how frustrating it is to have this happen, and I have yet to see a solution to this problem, so I wanted to share it with you guys. Hope this helps!
