I hope this next game doesn't have "Vehicle Classes (AKA Tanker), (AKA Pilot)". Just keep the game to 4 classes if your going to have them.Vehicle classes in my opinion limit the sandbox. I might be spoiled with current games on the market, but the more limitations Battlefield gets, the less I feel like playing it.Couldn't get into Battlefield 1 and/ or Battlefield 5 because of this issue.If I came across a vehicle in BF1, BFV, but wasn't a vehicle class I was kind of removed from the experience you would get from earlier titles in the series like in Battlefield 4. With current leaks on reddit, I hope this news about this upcoming Battlefield having vehicle classes is un-true.

I liked them in BF1 since they had their own equipment you could choose and I think they should expand on that.They didn't make a single effort for BF5s vehicle class.Not bothered which ever way they go but the vehicle class solved issues that otherwise required server admins to resolve.

I also want the forced vehicle animations removed as it grinds the gameplay to a halt and prevents many only in Battlefield moments.

@TTZ_Dipsy The people who cannot stand dying will bail regardless of their kit. Nothing can stop them other than locking them forever inside the tank.Meanwhile more reasonable players like yours truly will always go down with the tank regardless of kit.

I'm sorry, could you explain your reply a little better by chance?

My post is talking about vehicle classes, the classes added to BF1 and/ or BF5. The specific classes only for vehicles.

I'm stating in my post I want this next upcoming Battlefield game to be like BF4 where it had no vehicle classes.

I would be happy enough if the vehicles did not have a grind in the next game to become fully operational.
Remember how bad it felt to have a P51 at level 1 vs a G6 at max level?
A reason I bought BFV early was that I did not wanted to level planes vs maxed enemy planes.

@Popa2caps your talking about driver/pilot class(infantry base). The words "vehicle class" to me and others means different tanks, planes or boats.

I'm not a fan of driver/pilot class. DICE should just lock the driver/pilot inside their vehicle because they can already repair it from the inside so there's no reason for them to get out.
I'm a fan of old school Battlefield games where infantry could hop into any vehicle they find and start having fun.
Now it's like DICE wants you to choose between being infantry or vehicle. In older Battlefield titles there was no distinction and any infantry player on the Battlefield could hop in a tank or plane and start having fun.

Any class can steal vehicles, certainly in BF1, you just can't repair if you haven't got the tool equipped.

Sorry, I don't know this reference of "sniper taxis". My early years of Battlefield were on console if that helps.

I did a quick Google search and found a video of a sniper class sniping someone out of a small vehicle. Is that called a "sniper taxi"?
